at United Reformed Church!
Sundays 9:30 a.m.
Classes start the Sunday after Labor Day and run through May.
The Bible says, "We love, because God loves us first." That's the first thing we teach our children: that God loves them more than they will ever know. But the Bible also teaches us to love God and to love our neighbors as ourselves. So, each week we open up a Bible story that strengthens our love for God and each other. Then, we go beyond just talking, and act out our faith by serving others, within the church and within the community.
All children, pre-k through eighth grade are welcome to participate. We use lectionary readings to explore the stories of the Bible, learn prayers and discuss the teachings of Jesus to help guide us through our lives. We use activity time to put our words into actions, as we strive to be part of the church family and our community. We meet each Sunday at 9:30 a.m., on the second floor of the building from September through May.
