Thanks to everyone who was able to walk with us, and all who donated!!
BRUNCH SUNDAY
On Sunday, November 23rd, we will be having a very special Sunday gathering. We’ll meet in Fellowship Hall for a healthy brunch and we’ll share how God’s word has come to life in our lives.
Preparations are underway, so if you’d like to help with this special Sunday, please get in touch with Michelle Davis, our worship chairperson.
Dinner Club

Sarah Jane’s has been called “Somerville’s Best Kept Secret.” It’s been just over two and a half years since our little group last visited this charming restaurant, far too long to miss out on its cozy, hometown feel.
Meeting at: Sarah Jane’s
Location: 33 US-206, Somerville, NJ 08876
Date / Time: Wednesday, November 12, at 6:00 p.m.
Everyone will be responsible for their own meal, tax, and gratuity.
Please call or email the church by Monday, November 10, so we can reserve a table.
Book Club on Main

The Book Club on Main's next meeting will be on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 pm in the URC lounge. We’ll be discussing the book, The Briar Club by Kate Quinn.
Happy reading!
Sunday School & Youth Group Sock Drive

Thanks to everyone who so generously donated socks. We collected an all-time record of 813 pairs...309 pairs of men's, 276 pairs of women's, and 228 pairs of children's socks!
The Somerville Alliance for Food Education (SAFE) will be receiving the socks to distribute at their annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the People Care Center.
November Outreach

For the month of November, we’ll continue to collect Thanksgiving items (ie: Canned Goods, Mashed Potatoes, Rice, Stuffing, Pasta, etc..). All donations will be delivered to The Food Bank Network of Somerset County.
Thanks in advance for your generosity, and to all those who have donated over the year. It means so much!
URC Little Library

We have a new addition to United Reformed Church. Our “Little Library” has been added to our front lawn. A community little library is a small, outdoor space where people can freely exchange books. The idea is simple: take a book, leave a book. It fosters a spirit of sharing, encourages reading, and strengthens the sense of community by providing access to books without any cost. Please consider donating new or gently used children’s books to help our library thrive. Books can be dropped off in Fellowship Hall after worship, or dropped at the office (M-F 9a—1p) It’s yet another way URC is contributing to our community.
Sunday School
Sunday School is in session on Sundays at 9:30 am. We will continue to use our curriculum called Spark: Activate Faith. We are community-minded, Jesus-focused and we welcome all kids aged pre-k through 5th grade. Click here for a Registration Form . For more information, please call the church office at 908-725-4545.
*Please note that there will be no Sunday School
on November 30th*
